    To whom it may concern, I went into optus Greensborough to explain that i cannot get into any of my icons that are connected to the internet, they said to contact you in doncaster to arrange a appointment to come in.

  • Too who it may concern. I have purchased a GO 720 over one year ago from JB HI FI. I am very disappointed with this product. I am consistently frustrated and angry and most times i want to throw the TomTom out of the car window. Its totally useless. I can drive for hours before it finds its location. In fact i reckon that I can drive half way to Melbourne from Adelaide before the units decides to work even on a sunny clear day. Totally useless. what pisses me off as well is that I paid way over $700.00 for a product that does not work. I will be recommending people not to buy a tomtom and to purchase a cheap overseas product for half the price that works way more effectively than a crappy tomtom
