Gizmodo has a great video on flexible OLED displays. The first part is a demonstration that shows they can withstand the impact of a hammer. It actually looks like their dropped the hammer, rather than hitting it, but u get the point.

The second part shows a large display which at first you think is a typical display until it’s picked up, immediately u see it’s super thin, not only that.. it’s bendable!! All while running a video of course.

Despite the screens being small, and only bendable to a certain angle, I was amazed we’re this close to having real flexible displays. The typical enthusiast price tag will definitely accompany these types of displays when the hit the market, and one can only think of the t-shirt possibilities with this. :P
