		<description>Two reasons:&lt;br&gt;1. iiNet is very strong on not releasing or sending on warning letters or or items of that description on to it&#039;s customers.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2. iiNet is in a position where they are quite large in user base and a lot of people know about them but they also don&#039;t have anywhere near the money like Bigpond or Optus. Therefore it makes the most sense to sue iiNet.</description>
