After last week announcing the Australian availability of the MediaSmart Server, HP have finally confirmed when you’ll be able to buy one. “..the MediaSmarts will be available at HP’s online store and at selected retailers (yet to be announced) in early Nov” – while not an exact date, the good news is the wait isn’t a long one. It’s crazy this information wasn’t in the initial announcement.

Personally I’ve been waiting for these servers for years, so as soon as they go on sale, I’ll be snapping one up. Whilst the US has had the MediaSmart Servers for years, the good news is the new EX series, is the best version yet.
