The A$999 iPhone App – iRa, IP video surveillance

In the latest of super priced iPhone Applications, iRa allows users to view and control IP based surveillance equipment.

Application Features include
- View multiple feeds
- Full screen video view
- Pan, Tilt, Zoom control of cameras
- Familiar finger drag and pinch controls
- Group cameras for quick access
- Automatic discovery of properly configured network cameras

There’s no explanation given as to why the app is so expensive. Also be aware you “must have a working knowledge of network and digital camera system installation and configuration..” Clearly this app is not for everyone.
