The pricing appeared when you clicked the pre-register link. iPhone plans were $69 and $99. No prepaid option was available. The $69 plan had 250Mb of included data. The $99 had 500Mb. Neither plan had an iphone at no cost. Unfortunately I cannot remember exact pricing (I stupidly hit refresh on my browser) however I beleive on the $99 plan the 8Gb model was approx $190 and the 16Gb $370 upfront.
